i notice that although one posts urgent support requests, support is not forthcoming -even on commercial plugins, bought and paid for. for example, there are urgent issues with the karma plugin which i have had to disable. i have posted these in the group.. and even sent emails.. but i am being ignored.

Adclose, you are not bein ignored. I already investigated your problem, it's related to the new Elgg version release. We will apply a fix later today.

it is simply down to communication. i would have deleted this topic but i don't have the rights to do so. my apologies. many thanks:-)

I have to agree with adclose. I bought the checklist commerical plugin and have made comments and asked questions about it. Still no response. Vazco, it's time to hire an assistant!

adclose, I hope my last email fully explained the status with the plugin you ordered.

 

We're constantly trying to improve communication with our clients on Elggdev (this forum is one of the steps). Another person responsible for communication with the clients can be a next step.
