This plugin introduces highly customizable widgets and sets of layouts for groups. Administrator can create standard layouts of widgets. Group owners can choose from preset layouts, or create their own. Multiple new, usefull widgets for groups are available.
This plugin works with standard Elgg, with profile_manager and/or flexgroupprofile.

HOW IT LOOKS:
After installing the plugin, you will gain access to a new panel in administration, where you'll be able to set sitewide group layouts:
Those layouts can be later used by creators and owners of groups. ( If required, you can set a plugin to allow your users to create custom layouts, separate for each group as well.)

You'll notice some widgets are marked in orange. Those are widgets that are supported by plugin, though require other common plugins to run. Since we plan to add a large numebr of widgets to teh plugin in the future, this feature may occur very usefull. You can make those widgets invisible in settings.

When a group is created or edited, user can have two options. He can either choose the layout that admin created, or create his own layout. All layouts generate AJAX-loaded preview when chosen:

You'll notice all widgets have visibility settings. Those settings allow to set who should see the widget on the group's page. This allows for a better customization:
